Αστέριος Πελτέκης

"I have had the opportunity to collaborate with Asterios Peltekis on a project that he both wrote and directed, a collaboration between the National Theatre of Northern Greece and the National Theatre of Moldova, which was presented in Moldova. I also work at the National Theatre of Northern Greece, where he serves as Artistic Director.

Through my experience of working within the institution and collaborating with him directly, I have found him to be a highly creative and forward-thinking professional. His work as a writer and director reflects a strong interest in developing original ideas and exploring new artistic approaches. He also places particular emphasis on international collaborations, which contribute to expanding the artistic scope and international connections of the institution.

He demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational skills. He is attentive to the people he works with, perceptive to the dynamics of a team, and able to combine artistic considerations with the managerial and administrative responsibilities involved in leading a large cultural organization.

From my experience, he brings together creative vision, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to his work."
