Requirements:

Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification.
Five (5) years’ relevant experience in the field of risk management.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Strong verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and report writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience in integrated risk management software (advantageous).

Key Performance Areas:

Implement and maintain professional Integrated Risk Management (IRM) functions city-wide.
Formalize the City's risk exposure in line with IRM standard operating procedures.
Embed an IRM culture across the City.
Manage risk management reporting.
Collaborate with fellow professionals on matters of common interest and share information.
Perform administrative tasks to ensure the effective facilitation and implementation of IRM in the City.
