The Collections Specialist is accountable and is a single/first point of contact for collection process of customer accounts.
The Collection Specialist ensures integrity of debtor’s accounts and that all payment collection responsibilities are met in accordance with Danone policy.
Drive collection processes to maximise collections and minimise bad debt. He/she is responsible for leading issue resolution and risk management related to debtor’s account management.
The Collections Specialist works closely with the appropriate individuals at the customer and within Danone (Sales, OTC OM, Finance, etc.) to resolve all issues.

Matric
Credit Management 3
Accounting Qualification will be advantageous


Experience and Skills


5 years solid collections / credit control experience
2-3 Years’ experience in and FMCG environment (Wholesale / Traditional Trade)
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows and MS Excel
SAP experience
