JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies. • Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions. • Informing customers about company’s products and services. • Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, company’s supplies and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. • Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the company’s vault. • Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance. • Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner. • Using software to track company’s information and generate reports.
Skills and Qualifications
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Excellent communication and presentation skills • HND or degree • Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills • Multitasking and Organizational Skills • Active Listening and Communication Skills • Time Management Skills • 2 years professional experience
