Akroma Gold Company Limited is seeking to recruit Underground Shift Boss
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily underground mining operations during assigned shifts • Coordinate task scheduling, resource allocation and workforce assignments to ensure operational efficiency • Enforce adherence to the Ghanaian Mining and Explosives Acts and regulations among employees, contractors and visitors • Maintain a safe working environment through regular safety inspections and hazard identification • Document and report any non-compliance incidents to the Site Manager immediately it occurs
Qualification Required & Experience
• At least diploma in Mining Engineering or related field • Valid certificate of competency issued by the Minerals Commission • Minimum of 10 years of underground mining experience • Below 60 years of age
