Job Description


Identifying efficient methods to organize, store, and analyze data while maintaining strict security and confidentiality measures.
Maintaining data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems
Overseeing the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures
Evaluating the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by comparing them with business requirements and design documents
Assessing system performance and making recommendations for hardware, software, and data storage improvements
Execute the organization's business intelligence (BI) strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives
Create and manage comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.


Requirements


First degree in computer science, computer engineering, data science or information technology. Candidates with other backgrounds such as mathematics, statistics, or other science-related fields may be considered
MBA or Masters in related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience with an E & P Company
Candidates with additional training, working with modern databases and IT technologies such as Linux configuration, SQL database, Perl, Python and other specified data management applications will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with the ability to design and implement complex data visualizations.
