Job Responsibilities

Plan and recruitsuitable candidates to fill vacant job roles in the company
Prepare Payroll and other compensation Managenent.
Perform background check on new hires.
Supervise factory staff.
Manage attendace report of all members of staff.
Conduct periodic Performance Appraisal.
Effectively communicate policies to members of staff for proper understanding.

Qualifications
