Requirements


Grade 12/ NQF 4 with Math and Science as subjects
Completed N2: Millwright (Math, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing and Plater Trade Theory)
High fault finding and problem solving skills
Keen interest in the FMCG and Agriculture sectors
Must have a valid Drivers license
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to work overtime and perform standby duties when required
Ability to function independently and as a member of a team
Ability to identify and solve problems 


Duties and Responsibilities


Install, maintain, repair, test and commission electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment and systems in the plant as well as work on electrical distribution and reticulation equipment
Manufacture, fit and repair machine components and related equipment
Reduce Breakdowns and ensure maximum equipment availability
Fault finding on mechanical and electrical equipment
Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment in the plant
