Responsibilities

Lead, support and motivate the company’s HR Department for achievement of goals in line with company vision and values.
Promotes a professional, positive, and supportive work environment.
Develops and maintains staff job descriptions.
In-charge of attendance tracker and ensure employees report to work on time.
Recruitment of staff
Training & Staff development
Prepares training materials according to the training need.
Conducts orientation and training sessions for new and existing employees.
Maintains complete personnel files for all employees in compliance with recommended record keeping practices and HR policy.
Maintains and updates the Employee Manual and Policy Manual as needed.
Ensure the company have a low retention rate and prolonged working periods.
Counsels’ management and staff on personnel related issues such as discipline, terminations, personality conflicts, job transfers, policy interpretation, and other sensitive issues.
Oversees scheduling of, and records all employee vacations, personal, sick, and compassionate leaves on a leave tracker.
Ensures that all departments are adequately staffed at all times.
Come up with various Motivational strategies for employees.
Assists in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health/dental/life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, and a Pension Plan.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
3 Years’ Experience in similar role
Have basic HR procedure knowledge and familiar with employment act
Strong understanding of national labour law.
High integrity and discretion.
Very energetic, proactive and self-starter.
Strong communication skills at all levels.
Microsoft Office tool skills and writing skills.
