We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. This role requires exceptional communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests for the executive

Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and other documents as needed

Attend meetings to take notes and track action items

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive

Organize and maintain confidential files and records

Liaise with key stakeholders, clients, and team members professionally

Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences

Perform personal tasks or errands as required (if applicable)

Monitor deadlines and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace)

Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
