Key Responsibilities


Responsible for leading the routine and non-routine improvement activities to improve line performance (PR).
Actively lead IPS and UPS to attack critical and chronic defects with involvement of EO.
Provide OTF coaching to help EOs address CL outages or understand and resolve root cause of chronic issues (complete 6W2H or to make progress on UPS on their equipment).


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education


National Diploma in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent.


Experience


Ideally has had a line assignment in manufacturing industry minimum 5 years
Have In depth knowledge of end-to-end production line and improvement methodology.
Understand manufacturing system such as: eSIM, SAP, and any other manufacturing system.
