Making outbound calls to customers
Sending emails for In/outbound calls (customers' complaint) to concerns party and ensure all complains are resolve appropriately
Follow up with customers on complains resolution
Document and record all in/outbound calls
Prepare KYC reports for sales representative and follow with KYS progress report
Update new account online via the customer card platform
Attending to salesmen enquiries on KYCs & providing them necessary document on customer data based on request
Follow up with sales rep via phone /email on missing customer contact and update on the work excel sheet
Regular extraction of customer data online to update KYC template in case of any changes done by either forecast team or sales coordinators
Providing necessary customer’s document for litigation.

Requirements

First Degree (HND / B.Sc.) in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to details
The candidate must have at least 2 – 3 years relevant working experience
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)
Ability to understand customer’s needs & resolve issues related to customer’s complaint
Fluent in speaking of English & Yoruba.
