Job Overview
Wargaming is looking for Legal Counsel to provide full legal support for a Ukrainian legal entity.
What will you do?
- Efficient legal support of the everyday company’s operational activity

- Provide legal advice and support on a range of issues, including corporate law, labor law, tax law, commercial law

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as identify and manage legal risks

- Draft and review legal documents

- Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective management of legal risks and compliance obligations

- Legal support in General Data Protection Regulation


What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel

- Experience in Administrative, Commercial, Contract, Labor, and Tax Law

- Experience in game development, IT sphere, or legal companies
