We are looking for a Lead Legal Counsel for Privacy Controls.
What the job involves:
- conduct legal analysis in the field of personal data protection, assess risks, and develop recommendations for their mitigation and management;
- analyse business processes for privacy gaps and develop proposals to address them; 
- produce legal commentaries, opinions, reports, analyses, and related documentation in Ukrainian and English; 
- assist with processes during audits by competent authorities and court proceedings; 
- draft and prepare personal data processing agreements, SCCs, and data protection clauses; 
- research regulatory requirements for personal data protection, cybersecurity, information security, the impact of artificial intelligence, and related matters;
- prepare responses to requests from regulatory authorities, data subjects, and internal structural units; 
- develop training materials, conduct training sessions and information campaigns;
- analyse the legislation of Ukraine and other jurisdictions, court practice, and clarifications in the field of personal data protection.

Our expectations: 
- higher legal education;
- minimum of 3 years’ experience as a lawyer or lead lawyer (required); 
- GDPR experience is desirable; 
- GDPR certification will be an advantage.
