Responsible for ensuring efficient cargo operations at the port by coordinating truck and driver movements, managing shipment documentation, liaising with CFS and clearing & forwarding agents, and maintaining effective communication with port and government authorities. Also tasked with preparing daily operations report and submitting timely updates to the office to facilitate prompt action in case of operational issues or delays.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities


Record and manage cargo movements and associated documentation.
Coordinate with shipping agents, customs, and port authorities.
Prepare and process import/export paperwork.
Monitor vessel schedules and provide timely updates.
Handle logistics issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Any other tasks as may be allocated from time to time.


Qualifications and Education Requirements


Certificate or diploma in Clearing and forwarding, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in port operations is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision while meeting deadlines.
Computer proficiency, especially in MS Office
Holding Motorcycle riding license is an added advantag
