Experience
Minimum:

At least 5 years' experience in leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ability to create data models that align with business requirements and ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
Experience in developing custom APIs (REST, SOAP, or GraphQL) for data exchange and ensuring their performance and security.
Understanding of DevOps processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
Experience designing and developing integration solutions using technologies like MuleSoft, Informatica, or custom-built APIs.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.

Qualifications (Minimum)

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology - Computer Science or Information Technology - Programming

Knowledge

Proficiency in documenting functional and technical specifications, as well as data integration and migration processes.
Experience in mapping business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and determining when custom solutions are necessary.
