Support the development and strengthening of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, including the learning and generation of reliable data for results-based management of the M&E unit, and strengthening project implementation.
Develop routine monitoring data gathering forms and reporting formats for tracking and maintaining data vis-à-vis the targets in the workplan.
Undertake field monitoring and evaluation visits to ensure technical and operational compliance and timely execution of project plans and targets.
Support project management with the preparation of timely donor reports to ensure compliance with key project indicators and objectives.
Conduct, analyze, and disseminate periodic outcome monitoring.
Implement data quality assurance activities according to the M&E plan (e.g., data verification and spot checks).
Control for double counting or create beneficiary unique identifiers.
Conduct monthly QB monitoring.
