Project Background:

Provide technical support in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of public health activities throughout the project cycle.
Facilitate participatory trainings for healthcare workers, community health workers (CHWs), and educators on inclusive SRHR, nutrition, SGBV response, STI prevention and treatment.
Support inclusive nutrition counselling tailored to adolescent girls, young mothers, and mothers with special needs.
Train caregivers using the Learning Through Play (LTP) model to strengthen responsive caregiving, improve child nutrition, and promote early childhood development.
Coordinate with health facilities and district health offices in organizing and delivering community-based outreaches, health campaigns, and international health day events.
Participate in district and national technical working groups (e.g., Health, SRHR, Protection) and contribute to relevant Ministry of Health workshops and coordination meetings.
Collaborate closely with ADRA’s WASH Officer, ensuring aligned health and WASH interventions and consistent reporting.
Support the design and use of public health assessment tools, including for SGBV, CBS (Community-Based Surveillance), and SRHR.
Support the implementation of Community Engagement and Accountability (CEA) activities such as complaint and feedback mechanisms and community dialogues.
Advocate for the integration of SRHR, psychosocial support (PSS), and inclusion in SGBV programming.
Support disease surveillance and preparedness activities, including coordination of simulations, drills, and contingency planning with districts.
Undertake regular monitoring field visits, stakeholder meetings, and technical supervision across project sites.
Document field activities, success stories, lessons learned, and submit timely narrative and financial reports.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager for effective project delivery.
