Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate or related industries. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales efforts. The Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and their team, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales goals for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, print, outdoor, events, etc.)
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager to align campaigns with sales objectives
Lead and manage the in-house marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches
Drive brand awareness through creative campaigns, partnerships, and public relations efforts
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content including brochures, ads, videos, newsletters, and social media content
Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance to senior management
Stay updated on industry developments, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Coordinate with external vendors, media agencies, and designers as needed


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property sector
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales and executive management
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
Marketing certification (e.g., CIM, AMA, Digital Marketing Institute) is a strong advantage
