Key Accountabilities
• Ensure that procurements are made in accordance with company policy and procedures • Review, record and report anomalies in the disbursement process • Conduct audits in the regional offices • Undertake inventory management review • Validate newspaper/adverts sales and generate daily/monthly/reports • Perform information systems audit • Review existing systems and making recommendations for improvement • Conduct risk identification and corporate governance review
Qualification Required & Experience
• Full professional accounting qualification (ICA Gh, ACCA, CIMA Final) and a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience OR • Part 2 Accounting qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory position • Degree in accounting/auditing with a minimum of 5 years
Skills/Competencies Required
• Must possess good analytical skills • Must be a team player with a high sense of commitment and honesty • Must possess good communication skills and have a keen eye for detail • Must be able to meet timelines • Must be computer literate knowledge of Oracle (EBS) will be an added advantage • Working knowledge of the PFMA
