The Sales Team lead will be responsible for driving and optimizing sales within the Asset Creation Team, consistently following up with team members and customers to maintain relationship and generate sales to meet set target.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and teaching of internal and external training courses, including marketing, management, and general courses;
Able to independently produce course PPT and proficiently use EXCEL, and have the ability to write training plans.
Able to provide training and teaching to different audiences (internal and external customers, employees) according to the characteristics of the company's products;
Responsible for the release, sales and hosting of the company's products, ensuring that the event process is smooth, the content is rich, and it can attract and guide the target audience.
In-depth research on the company's products, combined with market demand, write and revise product presentations to ensure that the content is accurate, vivid, and easy to understand.
Conduct online live product presentations, conduct traffic diversion and product and project promotion.
Responsible for new product internal testing and problem collection, timely feedback and docking with relevant departments.
Responsible for the daily follow-up and maintenance of the company's customers to increase customer stickiness.
Responsible for internal and external subject testing and question setting, publishing questionnaires and test exams.

Requirements:

Those with corporate trainer and internet company background are preferred;
More than 2 years of independent teaching experience, with strong speaking ability and appeal;
Good writing skills and editing skills, and can make PPT courseware neat, standardized and beautiful;
Proficient in a variety of training tools and platforms, including PPT, online teaching platforms, etc.;
Have a good working attitude, strong learning ability, passion, and love for training work;
