Job Summary: 

As an Accountant, you are responsible to manage all financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Support existing clients with information and assistance that relates to financial issues.

Duties and Responsibilities


Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements in time
Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely bank payments
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Analyze financial data and creating reports for management 
Maintain general ledger entries
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
Processing invoices and expense reports 
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Maintaining proper documentation and filing systems 
Comply with accounting standards and financial policies and regulations
Responding to client inquiries regarding financial information 
Providing basic financial advice and consulting services.
Perform every other duties as assigned


Language Requirement: Fluency in English plus any other language (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa preferred)

Employment Type/ Working Conditions


Full-Time Position. 
Resumption Time: 8am – 5pm
Monday – Saturday (6days a week)
Location: Abule-Egba and Ikeja
