Duties and Responsibilities
Shop: 

Line manage the smooth day-to-day operations of SHOP
Manage and use systems: NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify and Hubspot
Design and curate a range of on-trend, ethically sourced, environmentally friendly products
Identify and negotiate new stock items
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to Head of Unit and Finance & Business Support team
Assist in the preparation of shop budgets and expenses and manage the recon process
Enhance and maintain efficient business processes and practices
Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence as required
Develop marketing plans for SHOP customersfor both the physical and digital space
Design appealing campaigns for SHOP in order to increase profitability
Engage & strengthen relationships with WWF shoppers via SHOP and other channels
Identify marketing platforms, promotional opportunities, and better ways of working
Analyse shop statistics and develop future strategies (Google & Facebook analytics)
Achieve agreed annual sales targets

Licensing: 

Maintain existing cause-related marketing partnerships (Carrol Boyes, My School, Falke, etc.) and grow these relationships.
Identify, assess, and implement new partnerships.
Provide assistance to the Local and International Merchandise Programme in collaboration with new and existing partners
Use cause-related marketing partnerships to inform, influence the staff, customers, supply chains & stakeholders of partners by leveraging their communications and marketing channels
Ensure Partners are actively engaged and communicated with, so that relationships with partners are strong, resulting in fresh creative, innovative partnership communications, which includes:
Managing the development of partnership materials (print, electronic, digital) for all stakeholders
Providing content for various partnerships and WWF channels
Coordinating launches where necessary
Driving media activities i.e. developing media releases
Monitoring and evaluating partnership communications
Co-ordinating and delivering reports as required
Assisting in contracting and partnership agreements
Managing partnership communication and marketing rights and guidelines
Ensuring WWF is well profiled in all partnership communications in line with brand guidelines to ensure credibility without compromising on brand value
Ensuring appropriate WWF campaigns, tactics and messages are supported by internal and external partnership channels and platforms
Ensuring that partners contribute to and support WWF activations as appropriate
Support the development of donor journeys with regards to SHOP

General:

Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets to stay organized.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
