Reports To: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:


Market micro-credit products and appraise loan applications.
Conduct client training and ensure proper loan documentation.
Monitor loan disbursements and follow-ups.
Maintain records and provide regular performance reports.


Qualifications & Requirements:


Diploma in cooperative management, microfinance, or a business-re- lated field; a degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years' experience in microfinance, credit, or marketing.
Strong interpersonal and credit management skills.
Age: 25 years and above.
