As Danco continues to expand its reach and presence in the East African region, we wish to hire an ambitious, aggressive sales individual that will help expand the market by building relationships with key stakeholders.
The job will require travel to the neighboring countries, with a possibility of spending and/or living for a long period of time in a particular country if the opportunity arises.


Main duties and responsibilities


Revenue Generation
Completing the full sales cycle (qualifying leads, converting sales and collecting debts owed)
Training external stakeholders on DANCO products
Customer Service/Relationship building
Reporting
Negotiating Contracts
Developing and growing a regional market


Qualifications and Requiremetts


Diploma or Bachelor's degreein Sales/Marketing or related field.CIM qualifications will be an added advantage.
At least 5-7 years as a Sales Representative/Executive in a similar industry or a busy FMCG.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an existing employee of Danco.
Proven track of record in achieving sales targets and growing territories.
