Duties and Responsibilities at this level will entail:

Enforcing the Dairy Industry Act;
Inspecting and recommending licensing of dairy premises;
Surveillance, sampling and testing of dairy produce;
Providing Advisory services to stakeholders;
Carrying out investigations and providing intelligent reports; and
Organizing regulatory and stakeholder forums to enhance compliance.

Minimum requirements

Have a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in a comparable position;
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Dairy Technology, Food Science and Technology, Public Health, Animal Science or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Be proficient in computer applications;
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and
Show merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
