I know them, both (Dr Francis Ndivo) and his team member (Professor Soro Lacina), very well in the Amhara Region, WHO Office. They were very honest, integritive, hardworking, committed, and professional persons. They were an IPC & Emergency WASH Coordinators and a well-known researchers, too. They brought an excellent change in their efforts in many Health Facilities in their working scope & departments, too. I always wish them a blessed life and work too, as they are very perfect professional & dedicated persons too for people & institutions of the emergency clusters of our country, Ethiopia
