Job Summary

As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhance our human resource functions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations, fostering a supportive work environment, and aligning HR strategies with the organization's mission of delivering quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities


Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Monitor and improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance with labor laws.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and HR Certification (CIPM, PHRI)
Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
