To qualify for the internship program you:

Must be a Kenyan citizen between the ages of 20 and 35.
Must have graduated with a first degree (undergraduate) or diploma from a recognised institution within the last 24 months from the closing date of the advertisement and/or awaiting graduation.
Should not have undertaken any other Internship Program or been exposed to work-place experience related to the area of study since graduating.
Must be available full-time for the whole twelve-month program.
Must provide a recommendation/reference letter from the university attended.
