Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The administrative assistant/Secretary will work closely with the MD/Chairman to ensure the efficient Administration and day-to-day operations of his office and support the completion of assignments.
Organize and facilitate company visitor activities such as reservations of hotels, transport and other in-house compliments
Filing, retrieving corporate records and proper management of documents and records.
Participate fully in the company’s ISO meetings by taking part in meetings, audits and compilation of reports.
She will serve as a liaison and resource person in support of Company Senior Management Team and Advisory Board.
Co-ordinate and arrange conferences, meetings and other schedules for the senior management team.
To provide administrative support to all employees and support the senior management team.
Work together with the SMT to improve company operations, minimize costs and actively present innovative solutions to the team.
Plan and Co-ordinate with the SMT events, sponsorship and other activities.
Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
