SPECIALIZATION: PUBLIC HEALTH
Requirements for appointment.

Have an earned Ph.D. in Public Health or related field from an accredited and recognized University; and
Have a Master’s degree in Public Health or Occupational Health or related field from an accredited and recognized University.
Be registered with Public Health Officers and Technicians Council (PHOTC) and with a valid membership certificate.
Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity.

OR

Have a Master’s degree in Public Health from a recognized/accredited University with at least three (3) years teaching experience at University level.
Have a minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers.
Registered with Public Health Officers and Technicians Council (PHOTC) and with a valid membership certificate.
Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity.
