Our Client is an International School located in Lagos, seeking to employ a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that the school’s operations, procedures, and teaching practices meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the quality of academic and administrative services to ensure excellence in all aspects of the school's functions
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies.
Conduct regular assessments of academic programs and administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports and maintain records on quality performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
Strong analytical, observation, and report-writing skills.
Excellent knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
