We are currently searching for a talented and highly motivated Facebook Compliance Manager who will ensure compliance by all AMO Pictures videos with the policies of Meta. The successful candidate will be working closely with the media marketing team, and have an opportunity for development and career growth.

Responsibilities:
•  Regular audits and approval of video materials for compliance with Meta policies;
•  Conducting checkpoints on compliance related matters with the businesses' teams;
•  Monitoring market trends and updates in the partners’ policies and timely communication thereof to the AMO teams;
•  Helping the teams to implement Meta standards and regulations;
•  Providing suggestions on the improvement of user experience across all AMO videos;
•  Assisting the team with other ongoing work.

Qualifications:
•  fluent spoken and written English;
•  strong research and analytical skills;
•  excellent communication and writing skills;
•  ability to independently supervise projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
•  responsibility and a keen eye for detail is a core;
•  background in law/compliance would be an advantage.

Your manager will be the Co-Head of a Media Marketing Department, Bohdana. She works in AMO for 1,5 years. Bohdana was starting as a Facebook SMM Team Lead. Before joining AMO, she was working as a journalist and SMM in major advertising agencies as well as in corporations.
