Job Description
• Count cash in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change • Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate company services and specialists • Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments • Check and verify customer identification and documents for cash transactions • Sell company’s products and services • Resolve customers’ issues or direct them to the appropriate department for help • Keep records of all transactions and prepare reports for management
Qualification Required & Experience
• 2 years work experience • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment • HND or higher
