Education:


Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (e.g. MBA, MCom, MSc)


Certifications & Licenses (highly preferred in Kenya)


Certified Public Accountant – CPA-K or ACCA
Membership with ICPAK (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya)
Additional certification in CIMA, CFA, or leadership/strategy is an added advantage


Job Experience & Skills Required:


Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles
At least 5 years in senior leadership or Head of Finance/CFO roles
Proven ability to manage large teams, budgets, and complex financial structures
Advanced Microsoft Excel
ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage)
Experience working in industries such as FMCG, financial services, manufacturing, telecoms.
