I am happy to endorse Mihaere in his application.

I believe Mihaere has experiences in many fields so there isn't much that Mihaere cannot and will not apply himself too.

He is very much a people person by respecting the elderly to enjoying the company o Rangatahi, and having the knowledge of applying professionalism as required.
