Rontar is looking for a customer success manager who can provide ongoing support to the clients and network with them.

Key responsibilities:
Mediate between clients and the organization
Build customer loyalty and reduce churn
Onboard new customers
Hold product demonstrations for customers
Resolve customer issues
Develop and manage client portfolios

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role for at least 3 years
Deep knowledge of customer success processes
Leadership qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task
Proven problem-solving abilities
