Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Vetting of claims forms, ensuring they are properly filled and signed
Claims policing
Finalising and billing outpatient visits
Ensuring all medicines, Laboratory test and procedures done are invoiced and supported on the claim form
Ensuring that all claims are forwarded to finance on time
Verifications of drugs issued by pharmacy to the patients
Supervising claims verification assistant
