Key Responsibilities


Design, analyze, and assess structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
Ensure structural designs meet national and international standards and codes
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers
Conduct site visits and inspections as required
Support tender processes and cost estimation from a structural perspective
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
Licensed/Registered Engineer (E.g., PE, R.Eng, or equivalent preferred)
4+ years of experience in structural design and analysis
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or Revit Structure
Solid understanding of building codes and construction methods
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
