Job Description:
• Managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence. • Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Maintaining files, databases, and other records, both physical and digital. • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance. • Providing administrative support to staff and management, including preparing documents and presentations. • Assisting in the organization and execution of company events and meetings. • Accurately inputting and managing data in various systems. • Assisting with expense tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks. • Helping to implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A degree in business administration or any related field • 2- 3 years working experience • Organizational Skills • Communication Skills • Computer Skills • Problem-Solving • Attention to Detail
