This is a full - time on-site role for a Real esatate marketing manager at BRIT Properties Nigeria Limited.
The Real estate marketing manager will be responsible for market planning, marketing, market research, team manmagement, and sales on day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Market planning, marketing management, and market research skills
Team management and sales skills
Proven exp[erience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead andf manage a marketing team
Strong sales acumen and ability to drive initiatives
Excellent commuinication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 2 - 5 years experience.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software
Experience in recruitment is a plus.
