The HRIS & Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, compliance with labor laws, and seamless employee compensation administration. 


 We are looking for someone who can


Maintain, update, and optimize the HRIS to ensure accurate and secure employee records.
Configure HRIS functionalities, including workflows, reporting, and system enhancements.
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain payroll records, including employee wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
Prepare and distribute monthly P&C reports, including workforce analytics, turnover rates, headcount reports, and compensation analysis.
Provide insights into P&C data trends to support strategic decision-making.
