About the job


The Line Lead leads the Production Lead and Maintenance Lead in the implementation and development of manufacturing systems and contributes to line efficiency and production.
The Line Lead is responsible for the line results and equipment owner capability development, as well as identifying opportunities and gaps, and participating in productivity and efficiency projects to eliminate inefficiencies on the line.
The Line Lead has full accountability across 24 hours and multiple shifts for the business results and organizational capabilities of the production line.
The Line Lead must work collaboratively with various teams to achieve set production goals. In addition, the Line Lead is also responsible for ensuring work safety and food quality by following strict safety procedures and quality standards


Education


National Diploma in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent.


Experience


Ideally has had a line assignment in manufacturing minimum 5 years.
Have In depth knowledge of end-to-end production line.
Previous experience in project management
Understand manufacturing systems such as: eSIM, SAP, and any other manufacturing system
