Job Description 
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate French Language Trainers to join our dynamic team at Newbridge Language Connect or NLC in short, which is the company’s language training unit. As a French Language Trainer at NLC, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients to achieve proficiency and fluency in the French language. 
Responsibilities: 

Design and deliver engaging French language training sessions tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of individual learners. 
Develop customized lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to facilitate effective learning outcomes. 
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to enhance their language skills and confidence. 
Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to create interactive and immersive learning experiences. 
Monitor learner progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. 
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to assess training needs and develop specialized language programs. 
Stay updated on language teaching trends, methodologies, and resources to enhance teaching effectiveness. 

Requirements: 

Native or near-native proficiency in French. 
Proven experience in teaching French as a second language to diverse learner groups. 
Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies. 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and preferences. 
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for language instruction. 
Relevant French teaching certification (e.g TEF, TCF, DELF, DALF) is preferred. 
Bachelor's degree in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
