Role Overview

We seek an experienced Mold Changer to effectively and efficiently change Injection machine Mold and assist engineers with machine start-up activities and mold maintenance.

Key Responsibilities


Effect mold change schedules by changing mould base on production plan
Assist engineers with machine start-up activities after mold changes.
Maintain mould before and after use
Assist with preventive maintenance of machines, moulds, and utilities.
Maintain mold change records on daily basis.
Assist in preventive maintenance activities on holidays.


Technical Requirements


Advanced proficiency in Injection Mold Changing and Maintenance
Strong knowledge of Injection Machine operation and Maintenance


Preferred Qualifications


A minimum of 2 years experience in Injection Mold Changing in the Plastic industry
O level, OND Mechanical Engineering, and BTech Mechanical Engineering. 
Strong personality, organisational, and communication skills.
