Role overview

Working at project location – In this role, you will provide on-site support in the project location and/or VSO office, (full-time unless otherwise specified) for a set period of time.
To support the delivery of VSO’s Make Way Programme in close collaboration with different stakeholders (government, private sector, non-government organization and community) in Health.

Ideal Applicant Summary

Minimum of Diploma or bachelor’s degree in development studies, social justice and human rights, humanitarian studies, community development or any other relevant area of study.
Knowledge on Governance and Social Accountability especially Community Score Card, Health care programming, disability rights and Social Inclusion practices.
Evidence of working in Social Accountability programs especially in health sector.
Hands on experience in data collection and data analysis.
Good written and spoken English and Kiswahili skills (Good written and oral communication).
Ability to work effectively as a team member and with minimal supervision.
