The Temporary Research Officer will undertake a project to fast-track the implementation of actions in the Capital Markets Development Master Plan.

Evaluate the progress of actions under the 10-Year Capital Markets Development Master Plan.
Identify bottlenecks, risks, and challenges in implementation and propose actionable solutions.
Analyze data to assess the impact of implemented actions and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Prepare high-quality reports, policy briefs, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to enhance the pace of implementation for actions in the master plan.
Work closely with government agencies, industry participants, and international organizations to foster collaboration and ensure successful implementation of actions in the master plan.
Provide strategic insights to guide decision-making and ensure the master plan is fully implemented.
Develop and maintain  project  timelines,  milestones,  and performance indicators.
