Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute haulage operations, ensuring that truck Turnaround Time (TAT) adheres to approved standards while maintaining a strict financial budget.
Supervise drivers and guarantee the punctual delivery of products to customers.
Manage the maintenance team, ensuring the daily provision of roadworthy trucks for servicing purposes.
Enforce the proper utilization of supplied diesel by drivers in accordance with specified mileage.
Monitor the distribution of spare parts, confirming their dedicated use for intended purposes.
Employ strategic management approaches to diminish service failures within the business.
Collaborate with strategic partners to identify additional business prospects that will contribute to revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

B.Sc/HND from a recognized Tertiary Institution with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in the logistics Industry
The preferred candidate should have experience in the third-party haulage business, as well as working knowledge of truck repairs.
Must live in Lagos, Enugu, or be willing to relocate.
