Head of Department (HOD) - Student Mentorship & Counselling at The Riara Springs Girls' High School

Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.
Proven experience working in a reputable Girls' High School, with a deep understanding of school dynamics and how to support students effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Principal to develop a comprehensive School Counselling Policy.
Capacity to implement a well-rounded School Counselling Program.
At least 5 years of experience in student counselling, mentorship, or pastoral care.
Experience handling sensitive student matters, including mental health, disciplinary issues, and academic performance.
