Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kumasi. • The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, offering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, making sales presentations, closing sales deals, and providing training to customers on product features and benefits.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management • Ability to conduct Training sessions for customers • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets • Knowledge of the ceramics industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
